I carried out a "rebombing" of my site using the grid I created early on and a random number generating website. Based on the results, I made a new sketchup model and a few renderings after tracing it in illustrator. I had decided the site would be mixed use, with mostly residential and some commercial. I created a rendering that illustrates the commercial space as being staggered within residential towers and horizontally linked, effectively creating a linear office tower and eliminating office "dead zones."
This is a good first step. The "renderings" could need some more atmosphere and context and maybe different perspectives. This is probably what you are working on...
